Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline lab tasks
- Collaborate with scientists to design and validate new methods
- Evaluate and integrate new automation technologies
- Maintain lab automation equipment and coordinate vendor maintenance
- Provide training to laboratory personnel on automated systems
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree
- OR Masterโs degree & 4 years of related experience
- OR Bachelorโs degree & 6 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ yearsโ experience with laboratory high-throughput liquid handling instruments
- Strong programming skills in languages relevant to automation systems
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
