Job Description:
- Conduct research and development activities in microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, and bioprocesses.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on developing innovative biotechnological solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills to analyze scientific data and make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders demonstrate strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, Bioprocesses, Pharmacist, or related scientific discipline.
- More than 3 years of experience in research and development within biological industries.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Portuguese proficiency is desirable.
