Your Role:
As an Associate Quality Control Scientist, you’ll conduct high-quality testing of immunoassay kits, reagents, and raw materials. This role is vital to the Immunoassay Platform Solutions team, supporting products like Multiplex, ELISA, RIA, Cell Signaling, and SMC kits.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform complex lab assays and maintain compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation and update lab logbooks.

Report deviations, quality issues, and testing progress to supervisors.

Support equipment maintenance, reagent prep, and lab inventory.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Work Environment:

Work in a chemical lab setting wearing protective gear.
-
Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
2+ years in life sciences or biotech manufacturing.

Familiarity with immunoassay platforms like Milliplex, ELISA, RIA, and SMC.

Working knowledge of ISO quality systems, Trackwise, CAPA, and GMP compliance.

Strong understanding of statistical data analysis and laboratory best practices.

Experience in writing SOPs, MMPs, and reports.

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Blue Belt) training preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
