Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical lead covering an EMEA territory.
- Support and maintain the utilization of Bio-Rad’s portfolio of single-cell technology.
- Liaise between customers, sales, product marketing & development, and the market development group.
- Facilitate market adoption through strategic support efforts for new products.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Act as a primary liaison between Bio-Rad and customers for pre and post-sale training and application support.
- Work cross-functionally with other Field Application Specialists in North America and EMEA.
- Deliver trainings, presentations, and technical seminars to individuals and groups with diverse needs and experience levels.
- Provide assistance with data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for single cell technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in genomics.
- Single-cell genomic experience is highly desired.
- Experience with immunofluorescent imaging techniques is highly desirable.
- 1-3 years previous experience in a technical genomics/commercial setting.
Travel: Ability to travel 60%+
Desirable Skills:
- Life Science PhD preferred or MSc with scientific experience.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts tailored to audience needs.
- Deep understanding of genomics applications related to gene expression and epigenetics.
