Duties of Clinical Research Coordinator:

  • Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals.
  • Determine effective strategies for promoting/recruiting research participants.
  • Develop and manage data collection systems.
  • Lead team meetings and supervise new staff or students.
  • Audit operations for compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators and study sponsors.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and develop study budgets.

Qualifications for Clinical Research Coordinator Job:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in clinical research, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Certifications: Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform various physical tasks.
