- Perform essential microbiology techniques, including media/buffer preparation, microbial culture handling, and viable cell count determination.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (e.g., Microbiology, Molecular Biology), Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience in a research or product development setting as Research Associate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
