About the Role:
Eurofins BioPharma Services invites applications from biology, molecular biology, or cell biology graduates to join as Scientist I. This is a hands-on, lab-based role in a global life sciences organization offering testing and research services to major pharma and biotech companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and non-routine cell biology, molecular biology, and virology assays.

Life Science Graduates will work within defined protocols and SOPs
-
Perform data analysis, report generation, and quality checks

Support the development and validation of new analytical procedures
-
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment

Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and safety standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams

Maintain electronic lab notebooks and prepare scientific documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
-
B.Sc. or equivalent degree in molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, or related field

1โ2 years of applied industry experience in a life sciences lab

Proficiency in PCR techniques, data management, and lab practices

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
