Position Summary:
Bio-Techne is seeking a Senior Research Associate – CGT Solutions Immune Cell Therapy to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing and developing novel products for cell and gene therapy workflows, leading projects, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and perform experiments for product development
- Contribute to scientific content for presentations, publications, and marketing
- Lead projects and troubleshoot problems
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Educate and offer guidance to team members and customers
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
-
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Biology, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in a regulated environment, such as ISO13485, highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both oral and written
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to successfully manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer education and/or support experience
- Flexible and work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated, action and results driven
