Job Description
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing North America is looking for an Associate Scientist with expertise in Cell and Molecular Biology for their facility in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of analyses in the areas of cell biology and virology for Biopharmaceutical Services, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Responsibilities include reviewing data, validating processes, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform cell biology and virology analyses under GMP guidelines

Set up and validate new analytical or related processes

Review raw data for accuracy and compliance

Maintain clear documentation per regulatory standards

Work independently and as part of a scientific team
Required Qualifications:

Bachelorโs degree in biology, molecular biology, cell biology, or related field

1โ2 years of relevant industry experience preferred

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
