Responsibilities:
- Measuring behavioral performance of subjects in a virtual-reality steering task
- Developing and performing quantitative analyses of behavioral data
- Conducting neurophysiological recordings using microelectrode arrays
- Developing and performing analyses of neural data
- Performing literature searches and staying updated on the project background
- Fabrication and preparation of experimental tools and supplies
- Assisting with general lab management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, or related field
- Background in control systems engineering, quantitative physiology, and MATLAB
- Research experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation Range: $19.96 – $27.94 per hour
