Associate Production Scientist at MilliporeSigma – Your Responsibilities:
- Support Small Molecule Bio-Organic product lines through process execution and troubleshooting
- Perform established assays, unit operations, and lab support functions
- Safely manage chemical handling, reagent preparation, and waste disposal
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams (QA/QC, packaging, materials, engineering)
- Complete documentation/logbooks by SOPs and quality guidelines
- Identify and troubleshoot process or equipment issues
- Suggest improvements to optimize production workflows
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
- Wear PPE, including respirators and chemical protective gear, for extended durations
