Job Overview
Supporting Microbiology Laboratory Operations to meet business needs within the Microbiology Department. This role involves conducting various environmental and microbiological tests, maintaining laboratory standards, and contributing to investigations for lab operations.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties for Microbiologist:

Support Microbiology Laboratory Operations.

Conduct Environmental Monitoring Sampling and Testing such as Viable and Non-Viable Air, Viable Surface and Water Viable, and Bacterial Endotoxin Testing.

Conduct Laboratory testing such as Product Bacterial Endotoxin Testing and Microbial Identification.

Provide assistance in maintaining validated standards of performance for microbiological testing.

Provide support for inventory maintenance of laboratory supplies as Microbiologist.

Provide support for routine laboratory testing activities.

Responsible for laboratory maintenance and cleaning.

Assist with investigation and corrective actions for Lab Operations out of compliance issues.

Support technical writing and data analysis.
Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor of Science in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field is required or equivalent experience as Microbiologist.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent position.

Must demonstrate a working knowledge of current industry standards.

Must demonstrate effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects as Microbiologist.
The base salary for this position is USD 85,000 plus 8% STIP.
