Job Opening: Biomanufacturing Associate I – Upstream

Job Summary

As the Biomanufacturing Associate I, I will play an integral role within CRL’s gene therapy manufacturing function by applying biological, bioprocess, manufacturing, and mechanical principles in a regulated environment to ensure the production and release of quality products based on client specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adherence to SOPs, cGMP, GLP, Quality, and Safety standards
  • Perform basic upstream activities
  • Follow manufacturing protocols and record data accurately
  • Identify and report process variances
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and SOPs
  • Maintain equipment and tools

Job Qualifications

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent with a strong background in science or a degree in biology/life sciences is required. Relevant experience in a technical role is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, with variations based on experience and location.
