Rate Frequency: Salaried
Work Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11 pm – 6:30 am, weekends as necessary. Training on day shift the first couple of months, 6 am – 3 pm.
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and develop QA lab and manufacturing floor teams

Communicate company goals and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Manage compliance with food safety regulations and customer certifications
-
Lead internal audits and monitor lab data for trends and process improvements

Collaborate on continuous improvement and servant leadership initiatives

Support documentation and training aligned with CMS and quality systems
Qualifications:
Minimum:
-
Associate’s degree or partial college/technical education
-
1–3 years of work experience in QA/food manufacturing
-
Background in Biology and Food Science
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree in related science fields
-
Experience with HPLC, GC, aseptic/microbial techniques, SAP, Kronos, MS Office
Skills Required:
-
QA testing in food or beverage manufacturing

Strong math, analysis, and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory audits

Effective communication, multitasking, and team management
-
Physically able to walk production floors, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
