Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate I/II with expertise in tissue handling and aseptic techniques to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in the development and analysis of bio-artificial organs, contributing to our mission of transforming the future of organ transplantation.
Minimum Requirements for RA 1:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life science, engineering, or biomedical science
- Experience with aseptic technique and tissue handling
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in data organization and presentation
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics and physiological assessments
Minimum Requirements for RA 2:
- 2+ years of industry laboratory experience in regenerative medicine with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 1+ year with a Master’s Degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in microbiology testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation and aseptic technique
