The Role:
The Associate Scientist will assist with end-to-end contamination control and sterility assurance for Catalent’s aseptic production. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance with ISO, USP, EU, CFR, cGMP, and GLP

Performing environmental monitoring in Grades A–D cleanrooms
-
Conducting sampling and testing of USP water, WFI, clean steam, and gases
-
Documenting results using Good Documentation Practices
-
Maintaining microbiology labs in audit readiness
-
Providing environmental and product microanalysis data
-
Managing the daily maintenance of microbiology instrumentation
The Candidate:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related discipline
-
0–2 years of experience in a cGMP QC lab
-
Strong knowledge of microbiological methods, quality tools (SPC, RCA, HACCP), and technical writing
-
Comfortable in aseptic gowning for extended periods
-
Experience with Microsoft Office and cleanroom/BSC environments
Anticipated Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience, plus annual bonus target
