Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting routine laboratory testing and analytical procedures while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. This role supports quality investigations, data analysis, and laboratory process improvements.
Laboratory Operations Associate Scientist Job – Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document analytical procedures aligned with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Conduct basic data analysis to validate laboratory test results
- Upload test data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and laboratory solutions as needed
- Assist with deviation handling and quality investigations
- Provide onboarding support and guidance to entry-level lab staff
- Ensure laboratory safety, chemical handling, and infection control compliance
Laboratory Operations Associate Scientist Job – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Lab Tech, or related science
- 6+ months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred
- Proficiency with GLP, LIMS systems, and basic laboratory automation
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
