Sanofi Inc., a global leader in biopharmaceutical innovation, is hiring for a QC Analyst (Microbiology) to join its Framingham, MA site. This 2nd shift role (Wed–Sat, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM) is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and science-driven team that contributes directly to product quality and patient safety.
The Quality Control Microbiology (QCM) department is responsible for testing raw materials, in-process samples, final products, and environmental samples to ensure compliance with CGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform lab assays: bioburden, endotoxin, conductivity, TOC, and pH

Execute stability, product release, and method validation studies

Troubleshoot assay issues and review data for accuracy

Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and participate in SOP updates

Perform basic lab maintenance and ensure lab safety and cleanliness
Who Should Apply:
Basic Qualifications (any one):

Associate’s Life Science Degree + 2–4 years relevant experience

Bachelor’s Life Science Degree + 0–2 years relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
-
Working in GMP labs

Environmental Monitoring and Water Testing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Familiarity with lab-based data systems
