About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Associate Scientist to join our CMC Early Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career scientists to gain hands-on experience in analytical development and product characterization within a dynamic biotech environment. You will support the development of therapeutic antibodies by contributing to analytical method development and product characterization.
Fresher Biotech/Biochem Job – Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical methods for biologics quality and characterization
- Support bridging and stability studies for products and reagents
- Draft technical reports, protocols, and SOPs
- Document work in compliance with internal quality systems
- Collaborate with scientists to support seamless lab operations
- Manage lab inventory, sample tracking, and shipping coordination
Fresher Biotech/Biochem Job – Profile Requirements
- Education: Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline
- Experience: 0โ3 years in an academic or industry lab
- Skills:
- Familiarity with techniques like CE-SDS/SDS-PAGE, HPLC, SPR (Biacore), ELISA
- Experience with assay validation is a plus
- Knowledge of GMP is advantageous but not required
- Proficient in English and MS Office
- Team player with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
