Job Description
About the Role:
The QC Chemist position is responsible for independently performing testing in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory. All work will be conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures and test methods.
Position Responsibilities for BSc Microbiology QC Job
- Perform review of data collected under approved test methods and investigational plans
- Provide accurate assessment of data integrity and document findings
- Perform calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed on instrumentation
- Qualify new equipment as assigned
- Perform cGMP tasks such as laboratory housekeeping, auditing documentation, and ordering supplies
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or closely related field/major
1-3 years of experience as a QC Chemist, with a preference for 2-5 years in a related industry - Ability to read and follow written procedures, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Note: This position requires relocation to Baudette, Minnesota at the time of hire.
The base salary range for this position is $48,000 – $52,000.
