As part of the PepsiCo Global Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring faultless compliance of formulas and labeling for brands within the PepsiCo Foods US Business Unit. This role is critical to the innovation/renovation process from ideas all the way through to launch.

Responsibilities of Entry level Food Science Jobs

  • Providing regulatory expertise to key Frito-Lay and Quaker brands
  • Authoring ingredient statements, nutrition facts, and substantiating claims
  • Approving graphics to help consumers make informed choices
  • Ensuring accuracy of regulatory information in databases and final artwork
  • Collaborating with various departments to address regulatory questions
  • Monitoring compliance with FDA labeling regulations
  • Expanding regulatory expertise and technical skills in food categories
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to proper processes
