About the Job

As a Quality Control Professional, youโll support instrument qualification, calibration, and maintenance in compliance with strict cGMP standards. Youโll contribute directly to the efficiency, accuracy, and innovation of our QC labs at the Swiftwater, PA location.
Bachelors Life Sciences Job at Sanofi – Key Responsibilities
- Manage instrumentation lifecycle: qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Handle change controls, CAPAs, and deviations per regulatory timelines
- Author critical GMP documentation (protocols, SOPs, URS, etc.)
- Assist with the implementation of new QC technologies
- Ensure inspection readiness and support lab audits
- Adhere strictly to cGMP, Sanofi policies, and regulatory guidelines
Bachelors Life Sciences Job at Sanofi – About You
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation and computerized systems
- Experience with cGMP, regulatory standards, and data integrity
- Effective collaboration across departments and global teams
- Strong project leadership and documentation skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cGMP lab environment
- Required vaccinations for site access
Preferred:
- 3+ yearsโ cGMP lab experience
- Background in instrumentation maintenance and customer-facing roles
