Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a Quality Control Lab or Sterile Suite
- Familiarity with cGMPs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Microbiology, or Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of Microbiological experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Microbiologist with experience in water system monitoring, microbiological testing, and environmental monitoring in a GMP-regulated setting. The analyst will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
Water System:
- Collection and testing of samples from facility water and clean steam systems
- Microbiological testing of water purification system samples
- GMP review of data
- Qualification and Release of Media
Environmental Monitoring:
- Performs plate readings for environmental monitoring samples
- Conducts environmental monitoring as required
Laboratory Support:
- Logs microbiological testing media and reagents
- Provides testing support for validation work
- Supports third-party testing activities
Additional Information:
Hiring Process: Phone interview with Recruiter, Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7 am-3 pm
