Basic Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree in Chemistry, Biology, or relevant science/engineering majors.
- 0-2 years of relevant biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Hands-on laboratory experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent technical and laboratory skills in GMP-regulated environments.
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP and quality control.
- Knowledge in Lab Information System and Part 11 software.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary range: $82,195.00 – $106,370.00

We are looking for a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Method Validation and Transfer team in Global Small Molecules.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to method validation of drug substances and products, conducting GMP testing, and supporting method transfers, among other key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct method validation and transfer experiments for clinical drug substances and products.
- Perform GMP testing for release and stability using various analytical techniques.
- Apply knowledge and comply with GMP in daily activities.
- Support method transfer to qualify CMOs/CTLs for testing.
