Job Description:
The Assistant/Associate Biologist is responsible for environmental monitoring of classified cleanrooms and fill lines, performing utility sampling, supporting production operations, and executing quality oversight tasks to ensure GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring in aseptic and classified areas
- Perform site utility sampling
- Execute quality oversight during filling operations
- Approve air flow visualization studies
- Maintain precise documentation per SOPs
- Participate in cleaning and housekeeping as required
- Support uninterrupted production by ensuring readiness during shifts
Qualifications:
Assistant Biologist:
- AA or BS in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 6–12 months of applicable lab experience
- GLP/GMP experience preferred
Associate Biologist:
- AA or BS in the above fields
- 2 years of applicable lab experience
- Strong preference for GLP/GMP and medical technology background
