About the Company

The South Australian ImmunoGENomics Cancer Institute (SAiGENCI) is collaborating with the University of Adelaideโ€™s Adelaide Centre for Epigenetics (ACE) to advance research in cancer development and stem cells. SAiGENCI is dedicated to becoming a world-class cancer research institute with support from various entities, including the Federal Department of Health, CALHN, and the University of Adelaide.

Role Description

We are seeking a Level A Researcher to join SAiGENCI and ACE in the study of cancer development and stem cells. Reporting to Associate Prof. Robin Hobbs, the successful candidate will lead cutting-edge research in cancer development and treatment utilizing expertise in stem cells, epigenetics, and related fields.

Key Requirements

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related area.
  • Specialization in cancer and/or stem cell biology.
  • Proven experience in primary cell culture, mouse models, genomics, epigenetics, and cell biology techniques.
  • Track record of conducting independent research and producing high-quality publications.
