Responsibilities:
- Manage all documents and logistical and administrative tasks related to clinical trials
- Ensure trial activities are compliant with regulations
- Maintain trial, country, and site-level protocol information in systems
- Coordinate archiving of trial documents
- Ensure audit and inspection readiness
- Provide process improvement suggestions

Qualifications and Experience
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 1-2 years of clinical trial experience preferred
- Proficient in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in VeevaVault TMF is desirable
