Qualifications & Experience
- Associate or bachelorโs degree in biology, Microbiology, or related field
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in a cGMP/FDA-regulated facility
- Experience with sterile manufacturing and/or radiopharmaceuticals preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Starting compensation: $64,619 – $78,300, plus incentives and benefits.
Position Summary
RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, is seeking applicants for an Associate Scientist I for the Microbiology department. Reporting to the Manager of Microbiology, this role will help support the contamination control and sterility assurance testing activities at the manufacturing facility in Indianapolis. This role will conduct environmental monitoring and microbiological release testing of aseptically produced targeted alpha therapy radiopharmaceuticals for RayzeBioโs clinical and commercial programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine environmental monitoring of cleanrooms
- Conduct microbiological analyses to support QC evaluation
- Support aseptic manufacturing activities
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Prepare reports and documents from testing activities
- Participate in investigations and troubleshooting as needed
