About the Role
Patient Recruitment Associate – Knoxville, TN USA (Hybrid)
We have an incredible opportunity for a Patient Recruitment Associate (PRA) to join ICONโs Accellacare team on a 1-year contract. The PRA will play a key role in encouraging patients to participate in clinical research studies and support the growth and success of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen potential study participants according to protocol criteria
- Review and enter patient information into management software
- Book patients into schedulers accurately
- Identify study opportunities and communicate benefits to volunteers
- Provide exceptional patient experience through positive rapport
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare, or medical field
- Experience in customer service, marketing, and/or sales
- Interest in clinical research with basic medical terminology understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
