The Cancer Cell Therapy is a part of the Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI), which is one of an elite number of National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the country. The SCI actively works to build synergies and collaborations among faculty with cancer-relevant expertise from four schools and over 30 departments across Stanford University.
Onsite Position
The Cancer Cellular Therapy (CCT) at Stanford University is seeking a Life Science Research Professional 2 to perform functions and activities involved in translational research conducted at Cancer Correlative Science Unit (CCSU) and conduct a portion of the research project(s).
Job Duties:
- Independently conduct a portion of the research project(s)
- Make recommendations on experimental design and/or research direction to principal investigator
- Interpret and analyze results, modify procedures and protocols as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams across different faculties or schools
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Genomics assays such as bulk sequencing, scRNA seq, scDNA-seq, qPCR, and ddPCR is an advantage.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field and two years of relevant work experience; or Masterโs degree in a related scientific field.
Working Conditions:
May require working in proximity to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous materials. Personal protective equipment may be necessary.

Pay Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $81,130 to $94,895 per annum.
