About the Job:
We are looking for a QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers hands-on exposure to laboratory operations and an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Assist in internal audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare, review, and update QA documents and reports
- Track and address non-conformances and deviations
- Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to maintain adherence to SOPs
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or related field (Mandatory)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Basic understanding of QA processes and laboratory practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
