Freshers BS Microbiology Job Description
The Associate, QC Microbiology, Cell Therapy will support quality control testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples. The role also includes environmental and facility monitoring, GMP documentation review, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QC testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
- Conduct environmental and facility monitoring.
- Review GMP documentation and verify data.
- Support CAPA, deviations, investigations, and document revisions.
- Train analysts on general microbiology and QC tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and compliance activities.
Freshers BS Microbiology Job – Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferred) or an Associate degree with relevant experience.
Experience and Skills
- 0–2+ years of microbiological testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory safety practices.
- Ability to follow SOPs, use scientific principles in QC testing, and operate lab equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
