Position Summary:
The Quality Technician will perform and document sample processing, assays, and laboratory tests to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards. The role also includes equipment operation, process improvement initiatives, and quality system support.
Primary Responsibilities:

Register and prepare product samples for analytical testing.

Perform routine and complex lab analyses following NQAC methods.

Operate laboratory equipment such as pH meters, balances, and autoclaves.

Prepare standards, reagents, and solutions needed for testing.

Record, calculate, and evaluate test data for accuracy.

Support quality processes through QA document management and reporting.

Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.

Assist with Lean Laboratory initiatives and process improvements.

Train new team members and participate in cross-functional projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Microbiology, Biology, or related science preferred.

Relevant academic coursework or 1 year of lab experience preferred.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork.

Ability to execute trained tasks independently and adapt to new processes quickly.
