Job Description
Role Purpose: Performs specimen processing of human biological material for specialized high complexity molecular testing. Maintains appropriate documentation of all activities, demonstrates good laboratory practice.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Process human biological specimens for specialized high-complexity molecular testing.

Operate advanced molecular diagnostic instruments and ensure accurate calibration.

Perform cleaning and maintenance on sensitive lab equipment.

Prepare reagents and conduct quality control testing.

Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in new assay validations.

Provide training for new staff and collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and fellows.
