Job Description

Role Purpose: Performs specimen processing of human biological material for specialized high complexity molecular testing. Maintains appropriate documentation of all activities, demonstrates good laboratory practice.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Experience: No prior experience required — fresh graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process human biological specimens for specialized high-complexity molecular testing.

  • Operate advanced molecular diagnostic instruments and ensure accurate calibration.

  • Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in new assay validations.
