As a Scientist at Mondelez, you will work with global teams to ensure food safety requirements are met and accurately translated into raw materials, processes, and product specifications. You will provide guidance to key stakeholders and consult subject matter experts on complex technical queries, contributing to Mondelez’s commitment to safe and high-quality food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety assessments of materials and approve specifications across all regions and categories.
- Gather, manage, and interpret supplier information for food safety compliance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on food safety data.
- Build and maintain food safety specifications in SAP PLM systems.
- Lead project workstreams to update and implement food safety standards.
- Provide technical input to cross-functional teams regarding food safety requirements.
Scientist Job at Mondelez – Educational Qualifications
Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, or Microbiology.
Experience and Skills
- Knowledge of ingredients, their manufacturing processes, and composition.
- Experience in at least one of the following: microbiological hazards, thermal processing, or allergens.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
