Internship Overview
As a Biology Research Intern, you will design and execute experiments under guidance, perform systematic data analysis, and report findings. This position focuses on applying advanced optical platforms in fundamental biology and biopharma applications. Through collaboration with internal experts, you will gain hands-on training in analytical tools, cell studies, and optical modalities.
Candidate Profile
Sartorius is looking for candidates with:
- MS, PhD, or enrolled in a PhD program in Bioengineering, Biology, or a closely related discipline

Experience in cell culture (3D culture preferred).

Knowledge of iPSC differentiation and characterization.

Hands-on expertise with advanced optical tools is a strong plus.

Ability to troubleshoot and conduct systematic experiments.

Strong collaboration skills and leadership experience in academic or professional settings.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand emerging optical technologies.

Contribute to the design and validation of analytical tools.

Perform cell culture and optical analysis, including Light Sheet, Confocal, Raman, or Multiphoton Fluorescence methods.

Analyze and interpret complex experimental data.
