Internship Overview
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will work alongside plant leadership and QA teams to support food safety and quality initiatives. This program allows interns to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges while developing technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead small quality improvement projects across teams and plants.

Create and update documentation for food safety, quality, and laboratory processes.

Learn about Schreiber Foods products and apply knowledge to process improvements.

Input and analyze quality data.

Assist in projects related to HACCP, sanitation, SQF, suppliers, auditing, training, and testing.

Support compliance with Food Safety and Quality Plans.

Interpret customer requirements and communicate them to production teams.

Audit and monitor CCPs, PCPs, and SOPs to ensure compliance.
Candidate Profile
Schreiber Foods is looking for students who are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.

Able to work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks in summer 2026.

Effective communicators with strong technical foundations.

Comfortable working independently or in teams within a plant environment.
