Are you ready to shape the future of medicine? The Genomic Medicine Unit at Sanofi is seeking a Co-op Intern to join our team in Waltham, MA. This position focuses on viral vector purification processes and offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to accelerate progress in drug development and gene therapy programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze viral vector purification experiments.
- Perform analytical characterization of samples and analyze results.
- Work with a cross-functional team for feedback and present findings.
- Contribute to technical reports and/or external publications if appropriate to the project topic and level of experience.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in biological sciences, genetic engineering, or a related field
- Must be able to relocate to Waltham, MA, and work full-time for 6 months
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of cell engineering, molecular biology, and virology concepts
