Job Description
As an Entry-Level Clinical Data Coordinator at Medpace, you will join the Data Management team and work on projects critical to the success of clinical trials. You will gain hands-on experience in validating database designs, reconciling data, identifying conflicts, and generating study documentation. This position offers a comprehensive training and development program to prepare new graduates for a successful career in clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate clinical database designs for accuracy.
- Report project metrics and identify data trends.
- Detect and resolve data conflicts by working with global research sites.
- Reconcile data across multiple sources.
- Create and maintain project study documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various data management projects.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with research and statistical data preferred, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
