What You’ll Do

Perform routine microbial testing, including raw material, finished product, and environmental monitoring.

Conduct water testing, media preparation, and growth promotion of culture media.

Execute microbial enumeration, antigen/antibiotic assays, and antimicrobial effectiveness testing.

Apply aseptic techniques and perform Gram staining, stability testing, and suitability testing of media.

Maintain lab cleanliness, order media and reagents, and manage basic inventory of QC supplies.

Assist senior QC staff with method validation, documentation, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Use LIMS / electronic data systems to log test results and support quality documentation.
Skills & Qualifications Required

Fresh graduate (0-2 years) with a BS or MS in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field.

Basic knowledge of microbiology lab techniques: aseptic handling, microbial enumeration, and media prep.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), environmental monitoring, and quality control labs.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and ideally some exposure to LIMS or laboratory information systems.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a lab environment.
