At least 1 year of hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Research Associate II to join our growing Product Development team. In this role, you will assist in developing innovative products for cell analysis, including antibodies, multi-color panels, and reagents for studying cell metabolism and imaging. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective teamwork, and hands-on experience with flow cytometry and cell-based assays.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments for biological research with a focus on immunoassays and flow cytometry.
- Independently analyze flow cytometry data using FlowJo and/or FCS Express.
- Manage multiple projects, complete tasks proactively, and provide regular progress reports.
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures and follow aseptic techniques.
- Ensure accurate database entries in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to a safe, compliant, and collaborative laboratory environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using FlowJo or FCS Express.
- Proficiency in mammalian tissue culture.
- Familiarity with BDโs Canto II or similar flow cytometers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on expertise in cell-based assays (activation, proliferation, differentiation, polarization).
- Basic knowledge of BSL-2 laboratory practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
