About the Role
As a Food Safety & Quality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory requirements. You’ll oversee quality operations, manage audits, lead investigations using Root Cause Analysis, and drive continuous improvement in food safety processes. This is a hands-on leadership role where your background in Microbiology or Food Science will directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety programs.

Use Root Cause Analysis to investigate consumer complaints and develop corrective actions.

Maintain HACCP, SOPs, and internal quality audits (BRC, AIB, KEFSQ).

Supervise Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) technicians, scheduling, and training.

Manage plant sensory programs, daily product evaluations, and panelist training.

Partner with regional quality leaders to improve plant programs and metrics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in food plant sanitation or quality management.

Strong technical skills in microbiology and chemistry testing.

Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,500 – $87,400 annually + bonus eligibility.
