What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Food Microbiology, or related field

Ability to work full-time for 10–12 weeks (Summer 2026)

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams

Strong foundation in sciences (dairy knowledge preferred but not required)

Desire to grow in food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance fields

What You’ll Do:

Lead quality improvement projects at our Richland Center plant

Support food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and SQF compliance programs

Create and update documentation for food safety and lab processes

Perform data analysis, audits, and product testing

Gain hands-on knowledge of our products and apply it to improve processes

Assist quality teams on projects related to suppliers, training, and auditing

Ensure compliance with Food Quality Plans, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
