Programme Details
During this 12-week internship, you will:
- Lead one of three impactful projects in:
- Clean-in-Place system validation (food production safety & quality)
- Inventory & machine data optimisation (efficiency improvement)
- Safety & risk management (chemical spill control & risk assessment)

Timeline: December 2025 – March 2026 (with flexibility around university holidays).
Requirements
- Currently in penultimate or final year of study (graduating in 2025 or 2026)
- Degree in Food Science
- Australian / NZ Citizenship or Australian PR required
- Available for a full-time on-site internship in Minto, NSW
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
