Through structured rotational assignments in food production, quality, engineering, and operations management, youโ€™ll gain hands-on manufacturing experience across the โ€œfarm-to-forkโ€ product lifecycle.   • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Multi-cultural awareness (Bilingual/Multilingual preferred)

This role is based at McCain production facilities across the U.S., including:

  • Idaho: Boise, Burley, Nampa, Fruitland

  • Wisconsin: Appleton, Plover, Milwaukee

Candidates must be open to relocation and shift-based work schedules to meet operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits
