What Youโll Need to Succeed

- Willingness to travel across the USA & Canada (training + future career opportunities)

- Knowledge of process design, lean principles, and statistical process control
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Multi-cultural awareness (Bilingual/Multilingual preferred)
