Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Life Sciences (Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry).
- 0–2 years of experience in research, biotech, or pharma R&D.
- Hands-on experience with general lab techniques, cell culture, and standard lab equipment.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred / Plus Factors:
- Experience with flow cytometry in immunology research.
- Experience in regulated environments (GLP/GMP).

Job Description:
Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Research Scientist I to join the Reagent & Assay Development team. This life science job vacancy involves executing flow cytometry experiments, testing reagents, troubleshooting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the writing of protocols and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform flow cytometry experiments on biological samples following established protocols.
- Test reagents, assay panels, and instruments per SOPs; analyze results and document findings.
- Troubleshoot experiments and design corrective actions if results are unexpected.
- Present findings in group meetings and communicate data and insights effectively.
- Contribute to the development and writing of study protocols and SOPs.
- Assist in lab management, maintaining organization, equipment readiness, and daily operations.
