Internship Overview
The Medical Outcomes & Impact Summer Internship (June 1 โ August 7, 2026) provides students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
- Strategic alignment and measurement of medical activities
- Leveraging insights and benchmarks for medical impact

- Cross-functional collaboration across Medical Excellence, Business Insights, and other stakeholders
This temporary role is designed to help students build skills in data analysis, reporting, and communication while contributing to initiatives that impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support measurement and evaluation of medical activities aligned with organizational priorities
- Learn frameworks for tracking key business indicators (KBIs)
- Summarize external benchmarks and industry best practices
- Assist in generating insights for quarterly medical reviews
- Support workshops, meetings, and preparation of communication materials
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to track accomplishments and trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorโs or Masterโs program (Life Sciences, Business, Public Health, Medical, Engineering, or related field)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and passion for patient outcomes
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20 โ $52 (final rate based on experience, skills, and location)
