Program Overview
The R&D Co-op Program at Johnson & Johnson provides students with real-world, hands-on experience across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Health, and Corporate initiatives. Participants gain exposure to:

Each co-op is assigned to a specific function and project for the full 6-month term.
Role Overview
As a Cell Therapy Analytical Development Co-Op, you will:
- Support the Advanced Therapies Characterization team in analytical development for cell therapy products.
- Execute tasks and projects that expand J&Jโs cell therapy assay portfolio.
- Learn innovative technologies for assessing the biophysical properties of cell therapies.
- Work closely with experienced scientists and gain exposure to cutting-edge R&D in advanced therapies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelorโs or Masterโs program in Biological Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields).
- Strong passion for science, operational excellence, and innovative problem-solving.
- Critical thinking and prioritization skills with attention to project objectives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
