- Conduct hands-on molecular biology experiments to design, build, and test CAR constructs.
- Apply advanced cloning and mutagenesis techniques (Golden Gate, Gibson Assembly) to optimize constructs.
- Operate and maintain automation platforms, including liquid handlers and colony pickers.
- Implement protein engineering strategies, such as codon optimization, linker design, and modular domain assembly.
- Perform PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, sequencing, and molecular assays to validate constructs.
- Support library-scale construct generation and screening campaigns with automated workflows.
- Maintain detailed experimental records, analyze data, and troubleshoot processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for downstream functional testing of engineered constructs.
