The Opportunity
As a Technical Development Intern (Laboratory Focus), youโll work within the Pharmaceutical Technical Development (PTDUP) team on projects that support the large-scale production of therapeutics.
Possible focus areas include:

Purification & Protein Analytical Chemistry

Analytical Operations & Pharmaceutical Development

Drug Delivery & Potency Assay Development

Cell & Gene Therapy
Youโll collaborate with scientists to design, execute, and analyze wet-lab or dry-lab experiments. Past interns have worked on projects such as:

Developing drug potency assays using molecular biology tools

Conducting bioreactor, fermentation, and media optimization studies

Performing protein analysis via mass spectrometry, HPLC, or NMR

Studying protein structure and stability

Supporting cell therapy programs with differentiation protocols

Enhancing data systems like PAIR and Benchling
Who You Are
Education:

Pursuing a Bachelorโs degree (minimum 2 years completed) or

Recently graduated (within 2 years) and not enrolled in a graduate program
Preferred Majors:
Biomedical, or Bioengineering; Biology; Microbiology; Biophysics; or related fields
Other Qualifications:
